Their work is average. I hired M And S Building Contractors INC for a small renovation project in my house. While the project was completed on time and within budget, the quality of the work was not up to my expectations. There were several issues with the finishing and some of the materials used were of mediocre quality. Overall, I would say that they did an adequate job, but I expected better.
