Additionally, the lack of transparency surrounding pricing and package options was disappointing. Although the website showcased some impressive portfolio images, there wasn't much diversity in the models featured, which made me question the company's commitment to inclusivity. In terms of customer support, I didn't have an opportunity to engage with a representative, so I cannot comment on that aspect. Overall, there is room for improvement in terms of providing more comprehensive information and promoting diversity within the modeling industry.
