I recently purchased some equipment from this company and while my overall experience was average, there were a couple of things that stood out to me. Firstly, their website was user-friendly and easy to navigate. It had all the necessary information about the products and pricing, which was helpful. However, the customer service was just average. While they were responsive to my inquiries, they lacked the personal touch that I was hoping for. Additionally, the delivery of the equipment was delayed by a couple of days, which was a bit inconvenient. On the positive side, the equipment itself was of good quality and met my expectations. Overall, I would say that this company is an okay choice if you are looking for reliable equipment, but don't expect exceptional customer service.
