I recently purchased some automotive parts from this company's website. Overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of products. However, I found the prices to be slightly higher compared to other online stores. The shipping process was straightforward and my order arrived within the estimated time frame. The packaging was adequate and the products were in good condition. One aspect that I found disappointing was the customer service. I had a question about one of the parts and it took a while to get a response from their team. When I did receive a response, it lacked detailed information and I had to do some additional research on my own. In conclusion, while the company has a user-friendly website and decent products, their prices and customer service could use improvement.
