I recently used this real estate company for buying a new home. The website was easy to navigate, and I found some great properties listed. However, the response time from the agents was slow, and it took a while to schedule viewings. 😕 The overall experience was average, but the agents were knowledgeable and helpful when I did get in touch with them. The process could have been smoother, but I did eventually find a home I love. I'd suggest the company improves their communication and response time for a better customer experience.
