I recently started practicing yoga at Art of Yoga Studio & Gallery and I am so impressed. The studio has a lovely atmosphere, and the instructors are amazing. They provide clear instructions and make the classes enjoyable for all levels. I'm already noticing improvements in my strength and flexibility. I highly recommend this studio!
