900 एफ स्ट्रीट 92101 कॉनम संपत्तियों में से एक है। प्रबंधक माइकल हर्नांडेज़...एक झुग्गी-झोपड़ी का मालिक है...हिंसक व्यक्ति की संपत्तियों को नष्ट कर दिया गया है, हमारे पास एसडीएफडी है जो आग लगने वाले कूड़ेदानों पर आता है, वह ऐसे लोगों को संपत्ति में रहने देता है जो यहां नहीं रहते हैं जो आंगन में सोते हैं और मकानों में तोड़-फोड़ करते हैं। वह अपार्टमेंट में कुछ भी ठीक नहीं करता है और वह यहां महिलाओं पर हाथ डालने की कोशिश करने के लिए जाना जाता है। विशेष रूप से विकलांग महिलाओं पर... वह एक बुरा सपना है जिसे लोगों के ध्यान में लाया गया है और वह अभी भी यहां है। भुगतान किया गया... वह अपार्टमेंट में जाता है और लोगों की चीजों को देखता है। वह वास्तव में तब आया जब मैं धमकियों के साथ सो रहा था और अब .. कैंडी की तरह तीन दिन का नोटिस दे रहा हूं... तो क्यों .. क्या यह कंपनी इस आदमी को यहां काम करने की इजाजत देती है... अब मैं इसके खिलाफ मुकदमा करने जा रहा हूं माइकल हर्नांडेज़ के लिए कॉनम ने दुर्व्यवहार और धमकियाँ दीं क्योंकि उसने मेरी बिजली से लेकर पानी तक बंद कर दिया है..। मैं इस जगह और उसके ऊपर हूं लेकिन मैं इस सब के लिए उन पर मुकदमा करने जा रहा हूं। वह झुग्गी झोपड़ी का मालिक है.

Our Housing Authority says they CAN'T deal with contractual clauses, no teeth!
They run us to Legal Aid attorneys who tell us after we sign the clause declaring I have seen, inspected the dwelling We're Screwed!
After many process delays, I was told 'We don't show the units until Lease u signed, Approved,p Deposits, First Rents are all secured! Directly violating that clause & Owner Responibilty clauses to follow!
When I suggested I'd sign after viewing, the refused to continue - I'm the problem who are the corrupt Legal pros who design these contracts???
Unfortunately I also bought cars the same way, TRUSTING, Ignorantly!!!
They're all crooked used car dealers. No one cautions US until it's too late, the crooks have it rigged that way.

ConAM I'll certainly MOVE him as they continuously do all the employees, then disavow.their cloistered filthy tricks.
They're taught to deny any & all complaints, Accomodations Requests and work orders, to keep the lucrative CONS flowing INWARD.
I & neighbors are seeking help with Code Enforcement of our city. With all complaints on these CROOKS, sucking up Affordable Housing Funds for GRAFT.
