I recently used their services to help prepare for an exam, and while the materials were comprehensive and well-organized, I found the user interface of their website to be a bit outdated and not very user-friendly. The content was helpful, but navigating through the site was a bit of a hassle. The customer service was responsive and polite, which I appreciated. However, I think they could benefit from updating their website to make it more intuitive for users. Overall, the study materials were beneficial, but the user experience could be improved.
