I recently used their services to upgrade our office equipment. The website was easy to navigate, and the ordering process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be somewhat lacking in responsiveness 🙁. It took longer than expected to get a response to my inquiry, and I felt a bit frustrated with the delay. On a positive note, the product quality was good and the delivery was on time. I would suggest improving the communication with customers as it would greatly enhance the overall experience. Overall, an average experience - great products, but the customer service could be better.
