The ordering process on choweats.com was fairly smooth and user-friendly. The website layout made it easy to navigate through different food options and add items to my cart. The delivery time, however, was slightly disappointing. It took longer than expected for my food to arrive, which was frustrating especially when I was really hungry. The food quality, on the other hand, was average. The dish I ordered was decent, but nothing extraordinary. It tasted fine, but lacked that wow factor. The portion size was also on the smaller side, leaving me wanting more. The packaging could be improved as well, as my order arrived slightly messy and leaked a little. Overall, my experience with choweats.com was okay. However, I would have appreciated faster delivery, tastier food, and better packaging.
