I recently worked with a real estate company on susansilver.com to find a new home. The website was easy to navigate and had a great selection of properties. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking. The agents were friendly, but it took a while to get responses to my inquiries. Additionally, the property viewings felt rushed, and I didn't feel like I had enough time to fully evaluate the homes. On the plus side, the properties themselves were in good condition and accurately represented on the website. Overall, my experience was average. I would recommend the company for their property selection, but I hope they can improve their customer service and make the viewing process more relaxed and informative. 😊
