The website lacked detailed information, making it difficult to fully understand their operations. 😕 When I contacted customer support, response times were rather slow, and the answers provided were somewhat generic. 💤 It would have been helpful to have more personalized assistance. Nevertheless, the drilling crew was efficient, and their expertise shone through as they safely extracted water from deep within the earth. 🚀 Overall, my experience with Diving Enterprises was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer service and online resources. 💦👍
