I have been a loyal customer of Shell Philippines for many years now and I must say that their service is just average. The staff are friendly but sometimes they can be a bit slow in attending to customers' needs. However, their fuel quality is good and they have a wide range of products available. Overall, I would rate Shell Philippines as an average company.
