I recently used Kite Consulting for my company's IT needs and overall I had an okay experience. The customer service was good, and they were able to solve our issues in a timely manner. However, I did encounter a few hiccups along the way that could have been avoided. There were a couple of instances where the communication could have been better and there was some confusion regarding the scope of work. Overall, I would say they provided an average service for the price.
