I had an average experience with a leadership program offered by Centre for workplace leadership. While the content was informative, I felt that the delivery could have been more engaging. The trainers were knowledgeable, but the overall experience did not fully meet my expectations. I believe there is room for improvement in terms of program design and delivery.
