I recently used this company to design a website for my business. While the final product was satisfactory, it took longer than expected to complete and there were some communication issues along the way. The design itself was decent but didn't quite meet the level of creativity and innovation I was hoping for. I also felt that the customer service could have been more attentive and responsive to my inquiries. Overall, the experience was average and there is room for improvement in terms of delivering on time and ensuring a smooth communication process.
