As a customer, I recently used a moving company to assist me with my relocation. I decided to choose this particular company primarily because of their competitive pricing and positive reviews. The team was punctual, arriving precisely at the scheduled time. They were also quick in packing and loading my belongings onto the truck. However, there were a few issues that I encountered during the process. Some of my furniture suffered minor scratches and dents, which was disappointing. Additionally, communication with the movers was not as effective as I had hoped. It took a while for them to respond to my inquiries regarding the delivery of my items. Overall, I would rate this company as average. While their affordability and promptness were commendable, the damage to my belongings and lack of timely communication were significant drawbacks.
