I hired a web design company to create a website for my business. The experience was average, to say the least. The company delivered a website that met my basic requirements, but there were several issues that needed fixing. Despite their promises of excellent customer service, it took them a while to address my concerns. I expected better from a company that claims to be great at what they do.
