I've had mixed feelings about my time at this comp...

I've had mixed feelings about my time at this company. On one hand, the work itself is interesting and challenging, but on the other hand, the management needs improvement. There has been a lack of clear direction and communication, which can be frustrating. However, the team dynamics are good and my colleagues are supportive. Overall, it's been an okay experience.
