I had a mixed experience with Citi recruitment. On one hand, the hiring process was smooth and efficient. The recruiters were helpful and provided me with all the necessary information. However, on the other hand, I found the company culture to be a bit toxic. There was a-lot of micromanagement and lack of trust among team members. Overall, I would rate my experience as average.
