I have been a customer of Erdene resource development corp. for over two years and I must say that their services are average. The customer support is prompt and helpful, but the overall product quality could be improved. I have encountered a few issues with their delivery system, which resulted in delays. However, they were quick to resolve the problems and compensate me for the inconvenience. I appreciate their efforts in addressing customer concerns, but there is definitely room for improvement.
