The hospice care provided by Auburn Crest was average at best. While the staff was courteous, I felt that the level of care could have been better. There were some instances where our concerns were not addressed promptly, causing unnecessary stress and anxiety. However, I must acknowledge that they did their best within their limitations. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but I expected more comprehensive support during such a challenging time.
