I must say that my experience with Pinewood residential home has been nothing short of excellent. The staff members are very caring and kind towards the residents. The facilities are well-maintained and always clean. The staff takes good care of my loved one and I can see that they are genuinely concerned about their well-being. I am grateful that I chose Pinewood for my family member's care.
