I am a CUSTOMER and I would rate this messaging app as average. 😐 The app is okay, but it could use some improvements. The interface is a bit outdated and the app can be slow at times. It's not the most reliable messaging app out there. However, it gets the job done and has all the essential features. If you're looking for a basic messaging app, this could be a good option.
