I recently hired a moving company to help me with my move, and I chose Precision Moving & Storage based on their website. Overall, my experience with them was average. Their website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about their services. The movers arrived on time and were professional throughout the process. However, I did encounter a few issues. Some of my items were slightly damaged during the move, which was disappointment. Additionally, there was a delay in the delivery of my belongings to the new location, causing some inconvenience. The customer service was responsive and tried to address my concerns, but it would have been better if these issues were avoided in the first place. In the end, the job was completed, but I expected a smoother experience.
