I recently engaged with a communications organization for support with our outreach efforts. The experience left me feeling somewhat underwhelmed. While the website is visually appealing and easy to navigate, the overall communication and responsiveness from the team was lacking. I found it challenging to get timely updates on the progress of our project, and often had to follow up multiple times to receive a response. Although the team seemed knowledgeable, I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of streamlining their communication processes and increasing client engagement. I hope to see improvements in the future, as I believe the organization has the potential to offer a more seamless and efficient service to their clients.
