I had a mixed experience with West Valley Instrument Specialists. Their website was easy to navigate and the ordering process was smooth. However, the customer service could use improvement. I had some questions about my order and it took a while to get a response. When I did receive a response, it wasn't very helpful. The delivery of the product was delayed as well. Overall, not the best experience.
