I am impressed with the Downtown Neighborhood Association of Des Moines. They have created a welcoming community in the downtown area. The events organized by them are always enjoyable and provide great opportunities to connect with neighbors. The staff is helpful and responsive. Overall, it's been a positive experience being part of this association.
