I have been a customer of Ministry of Communications and Information (MCI) for a few years now, and I must say that their services have been average. While they do provide the basic necessities, there is room for improvement. The website mci.gov.sg is easy to navigate, but sometimes it takes a while to find the information I need. Overall, I would rate MCI as an average company.
