I had a recent flight with Airasia, and I must say, it was not a pleasant experience. The check-in process was disorganized and time-consuming. The cabin crew was not very friendly or attentive. The seats were uncomfortable and cramped, with minimal legroom. The in-flight meals were mediocre at best. Overall, I expected more from Airasia.
