I am a CUSTOMER of The financial and I must say that the service they provide is average. I have been a customer for a few years now and I have had both positive and negative experiences with them. The website is easy to navigate and the overall user experience is good. However, there have been instances where I have faced issues with their customer support. The response time is slow and sometimes they are not able to resolve my queries satisfactorily. Overall, I would rate them as an average company.
