Recently had a not-so-great experience with 360rev...

Recently had a not-so-great experience with 360revolution. The website was slow and glitchy, making it difficult to browse and complete my purchase. The customer service was unresponsive and didn't provide a satisfactory solution. Disappointed with the overall experience.
