I've had mixed experiences with The SCO Group, Inc. The website sco.com has a decent layout and useful information, but their customer support can be hit or miss. There were instances where they were quick to respond and resolve issues, while other times it took longer than expected. Overall, my experience has been somewhat satisfactory.
