I recently had the opportunity to work with this company and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a professional look. However, I found the product selection to be limited. I was expecting a wider range of options to choose from. The customer service was decent, but I felt that the response time could have been better. The staff was polite and helpful, but at times I had to wait longer than anticipated for a resolution to my inquiries. On the positive side, the quality of the product I purchased was satisfactory and it arrived on time. Pricing-wise, I found it to be reasonable but not exceptional. In conclusion, while my experience with this company was not outstanding, it was also not disappointing. They have room for improvement in terms of variety and response time, but they delivered a decent product at a fair price.
