I recently bought a bag from Ellen truijen and I have to say, I'm not impressed. The leather feels cheap and the design is not as unique as I expected. The customer service was average at best, and I had to wait a long time for my order to arrive. Overall, I'm disappointed with my experience and wouldn't recommend this company.
