👍 I recently had the opportunity to engage with a consulting firm for support with my business needs. I stumbled upon Ccg partners on their website and decided to give them a try. The experience was fairly average overall. The website was informative and easy to navigate. However, I found the response time to be a bit slow and lacked a sense of urgency. The team was knowledgeable and provided some helpful insights, but I was left wanting more in terms of customized solutions. The customer service could be improved, as there were times when I felt my queries weren't given the attention they deserved. While Ccg partners did deliver on their promises, I was left with a feeling that there was room for improvement in terms of overall service and attention to detail. 😐
