I have been using Follow up web for a few months n...

I have been using Follow up web for a few months now and I must say, the service is average. The website is easy to navigate but the customer support is lacking. There have been a few times when I had an issue and it took them a long time to respond. Overall, it's not a bad company, but there is definitely room for improvement.
