I have been a customer of Cibc for several years now and I must say, their service is average. While they do have some good features, there are also some areas where they can improve. The online banking system is easy to use and their customer support is helpful. However, I have had some issues with their mobile app, which can be quite frustrating. Overall, I would rate my experience with Cibc as average.
