I recently engaged with a consulting company for some business advisory services. While they were able to provide me with a general overview of my business's strengths and weaknesses, I felt that their recommendations lacked depth and specificity. The communication was average, and there were times when I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Overall, their services were satisfactory, but I believe there is room for improvement.
