I recently hired a landscaping company for my backyard makeover, and I must say I had an average experience with Shanes Scapes. While the website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information about their services, I found the overall execution to be lacking. The team was punctual, which was a plus, but the quality of work fell short of my expectations. The plants that were installed did not match the initial design, and some of them even looked unhealthy. Additionally, there were a few communication issues with the crew, leading to misunderstandings about certain aspects of the project. On the positive side, the price was reasonable and within my budget. Overall, I would rate my experience with Shanes Scapes as average, as there were some drawbacks in terms of quality and communication, but they did get the job done within the agreed-upon timeframe.
