I had a mixed experience with Beyond Shades. While their website is easy to navigate and the selection of window treatments is impressive, I found their customer service to be lacking. I had an issue with one of the blinds I ordered, and it was difficult to get a timely response from their support team. However, once the issue was resolved, I was happy with the quality of the blinds.
