I had an average experience with DeKalb Convention & Visitors Bureau. The staff was helpful and provided some good information about the local attractions. However, I felt that the overall organization of events could have been better. There were a few hiccups during my visit, which slightly affected my enjoyment. With some improvements, it can become a great place to visit.
