I recently had to use Badge lock & key services and overall, my experience was average. The website was fairly user-friendly and had some useful information, but I found it quite basic and lacking in some areas. It would have been helpful to have more detailed descriptions of the services they offer.

The customer service I experienced was decent, with the staff being polite and professional. However, the response time was a bit slow, and it took longer than expected to get a resolution to my issue.

On a positive note, the technicians were knowledgeable and skilled. They were able to solve the problem efficiently once they arrived.

Overall, Badge lock & key is an average company with room for improvement in terms of website content and responsiveness. While they were able to get the job done, it wasn't the most impressive experience I've had with a locksmith company.
