I recently visited the nephrology clinic in Carroll county and overall, my experience was average. The website was user-friendly and provided all the necessary information about their services and doctors. The staff was polite and professional, but I felt that they were a bit rushed during my appointment, which made me feel like just another number. The waiting time was manageable, but I had expected a more personalized approach. The clinic itself was clean and well-maintained. However, I didn't feel like the doctor took the time to thoroughly explain my condition and treatment options. It would have been great to have more clarity and reassurance.
