I recently rented a car from this company and overall, my experience was just average. 😐 The booking process on their website was easy to navigate, but there were limited options available in terms of car models. 🚗 The rental price was reasonable, but I got the impression that the car I received hadn't been thoroughly cleaned before my rental. 😕 The customer service at the pickup location was decent, nothing exceptional. The car itself was in decent condition, although it did have a few scratches and signs of wear and tear. 🤷‍♀️ The return process was smooth, with no issues. Overall, I would say that for an average rental experience, this company is an okay choice, but nothing extraordinary. 🚘💨
