I have been with Old Second National Bank for many years, and I can say that their services are average. They provide the basic banking services that you would expect from a bank. However, their customer service could use some improvement. Sometimes it takes a long time to get a response from them, and they do not always follow up on issues in a timely manner. Overall, I would say that they are an okay bank, but there is definitely room for improvement.
