I recently started using an ecommerce solution from a well-known company. The platform is pretty good and the features offered are quite useful. However, I have had some issues with their customer support team. It takes them a long time to respond to my queries, and sometimes the solutions provided are not satisfactory. Overall, the experience has been average.
