I recently had an experience with a design company whose website is "engenio.us". The design process was smooth and the team was professional, but the end result did not match my initial vision. I found the communication slightly lacking, and there were delays in the project timeline. However, the team was receptive to my feedback and made efforts to make adjustments. The quality of work was decent, but not outstanding. Overall, my experience was fairly average. I appreciate the effort put in by the team, but I believe there is room for improvement in terms of meeting client expectations and maintaining consistent communication throughout the project.
