I recently joined a local capoeira group and it has been an amazing experience. The instructors are extremely knowledgeable and passionate about capoeira. They create a supportive and inclusive environment for everyone to learn and grow. The classes are challenging but also a lot of fun. I highly recommend this capoeira group if you want to get fit, learn self-defense, and be part of a welcoming community.
