Our stay at Hotel Spa Balmoral was average. The room was clean and comfortable, but the service was not up to par. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unorganized. The spa facilities were nice, but not outstanding. Overall, it was an okay experience. I would not necessarily recommend this hotel.
